New Information Letter to the shareholders of Cryptobourse AB # 3

Here is a new weekly letter to all shareholders. It is a brief information about what happens continuously in the company. The information letters are sent in two languages ​​as we have both Swedish and English-speaking shareholders. The information is sent out through the digital share register which is currently registered with the Nordic Securities Register (nvr.se).

As we informed last week, recruitments are now being made to the management function in the company while the technology is developed in the system that will be presented to the market.
These are the CEO, CFO, Chairman of the Board, IR manager and routines for insider trading in the share. In addition, there will be new recruitment of member / s to the board.
 
The person who has now been recruited as CEO and future board member of the company is Lars Wolf. Lars is based in Stockholm and has worked internationally for many years, primarily in data and technology. Building a sales organization and market is one of the areas that Lars Wolf has mainly worked with throughout his career. It is also these qualifications that are needed for our company to succeed in a rapid international success.
 
Lars has worked with most countries in Europe and has been stationed in countries such as Romania, Bulgaria, Finland and of course Sweden. Also in countries like Israel like Japan which means a great experience of different business cultures. Lars has worked in various positions, including in IT / communications, airlines, pulp and other manufacturing industries. AI experience from the robotics and military industry. Without exaggerating, it can be said that Lars is very results- and solution-oriented. Together with the board, he will now work out a "Go To Market" strategy and how a global marketing and sales structure will be organized.
 
Lars Wolf says that:

I have never been afraid to enter new industries and seek new challenges, but at the same time I have been humble about the rules and conditions that apply in each country or geographical area.
